The Journey
Started as a humble service desk and worked my way up to become a Solutions Architect.
I wear many hats — Pre-sales, Design, Implementer, Research, Consultant — for both internal and external customer projects.
My projects focus on Microsoft Technology: Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft Server OS with related Roles/Services.
Familiar with ticketing tools such as Remedy, ITSM, Autotask. Good knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix. Handles vulnerability assessment and remediation for both Windows and Linux servers.
Previously an L3 Systems Administrator handling 5,500+ servers across ~125 separate domains in multiple datacenters. Implemented multiple projects and migrations involving Microsoft Technologies and other 3rd-party solutions for various customers.
Trainer for official Microsoft Courses at a Microsoft Partner Learning Center since 2017. Currently holds an active MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) license.
